Wile some of our clients are very creative and enjoy being involved in the design development process, others would rather do as little as possible and let us present them with ideas. It is totally up you how we arrive at the final design, and what our level of participation to get there will be.
Whichever way you choose, we will develop and refine the design with you as part of the team, and in the process we will together develop the budget along with the project design. We will only proceed with the construction phase of the project when you are happy with both the design and the budget.
